Y10 Work Experience Parent Evening 2024

Students in Year 10 will participate in Work Experience either the week commencing 16 June 2025 or 23 June 2025. Our students have had many successful placements throughout the years that have allowed them to gain valuable insight into the working world and an opportunity to see the connection between their education and future career plans. We have a database of employers that have taken students in the past that you can use to secure placements, as well as resources available to students and parents through Unifrog. This platform will also be used to keep records of your child’s placement. It is important to begin contacting employers as soon as possible so that your child gets a Work Experience placement in a position they will enjoy.

I was head girl in 2015 and loved being able to speak to parents about my time at Sheldon when they were considering where their children should go. Because of how it has shaped me as a person I feel I am who I am today because of my time there.
