Sixth Form Open Evening
All Year 11 students looking to study at Sheldon Sixth Form next September are invited to join us at our Sixth Form Open Evening on Tuesday 15 October from 5:45pm-7:30pm.
General Presentation
Join Mr Eugene Spiers, Head of Sixth Form, for a presentation about studying at Sheldon Sixth Form in the main school hall at 5:45pm and 6:15pm. The presentation will last about 25 minutes. Booking is essential to help manage numbers in the school hall. Click here to book your place.
Subject Presentations
Throughout the evening, you can also visit subject presentation to find out more about the courses we offer. These presentation will last 15 minutes and are repeated at 5:50pm, 6:20pm, 6:50pm and 7:20pm. There is no need to book into these sessions.
Subject Stalls
If you would like to know about a subject but do not have the time to attend the subject presentations, then you can simply visit their stall. Both teaching staff and current students will be on hand to answer your questions.
Enrichment Opportunities – Project 5000 + Electives
There will be displays in the refectory about many of the enrichment opportunities on offer including The Duke of Edinburgh Award – Gold, Ten Tors, Sixth Form Games, Core Maths, British Sign Language, Extended Project Qualification, Volunteering and Mentoring.

During the evening, please help yourself to refreshments and samples of some of the delicious food on offer to our students. Senior Staff will also be on hand to answer any general questions you might have.
