GBDO National Finals 2024

Congratulations to the members of the Sheldon Dance Company who competed in the national final of the Great Big Dance Off. Our dancers finished 8th (out of 35 schools) and were the highest scoring school from the Southwest region. This is a huge achievement, especially for our first time making it through to this level of the competition against highly impressive schools from Liverpool, London and Nottingham. 

The success of our Sheldon Dance Company is not solely due to the incredible talent in our school, but also due to the tremendous effort put in by our students and dance teacher, Miss Spalding. They have worked tirelessly at weekends and evenings to prepare for this level of competition. Their hard work certainly paid off and we're sure we'll see more success from our Sheldon Dance Company next year.
