Sports Ambassadors Help With Mini Mudder Event

28 Nov 25

This afternoon our Sports Ambassadors helped organise the Chippenham Sports Partnership Mini Mudder event. Students from the local primary schools in Years 1 & 2 were invited to work their way through a mini obstacle course that focused on balance, agility and having lots of fun!

Children faced a series of fun and challenging stations designed to test their bravery, teamwork and determination -- from climbing over obstacles and scrambling under cargo nets to flipping tyres and tackling muddy trails. They worked in small groups to complete a range of stations aiming to develop their physical, social and emotional well being through having fun and getting muddy!

Thank you to all of our enthusiastic Sports Ambassadors in Year 9 & 10, as well our Sixth Form Sports Ambassadors for setting up the event and leading our young visitors with lots of encouragement and laughs!

Having worked in many schools I can say that the environment at Sheldon School is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The standard of education and relationships I built with teachers were exceptional.
