Year 12 Wins Sixth Form Varsity

13 Dec 23

Year 12 won a hard fought battle against Year 13 at the Sixth Form Varsity event last week. During their games time, the two years competed against each other in dodgeball, badminton, volleyball, football and hockey. It was a great day for sports across our Sheldon grounds, with clear blue skies perfect for cheering on the teams. Year 13 has a chance to win the shield back from the young upstarts next year when the year groups meet for a rematch in the spring!

My favourite teacher was Mr Girvan. It was impossible not to absolutely love English if he taught it. He was just the nicest human being and he never raised his voice at our class once and I had him for years from year 8 to year 12.
