Year 7 Challenge Walk

19 Jul 24

On Wednesday our Year 7 students took part in a 8.5 mile walk to Corsham. It was a beautiful day out and a wonderful way to spend time together as a year group. Thank you to the Corsham Rugby Club for kindly allowing us to use their site so that our students could have a delightful picnic mid way through their walk.

Thank you also to all the Sixth Form students that helped guide our students, as well as all the staff that attended the walk. We'd also like to say a huge thank you to Miss Mundy for organising the everything and creating a fantastic challenge to cap off the end of the groups' first year at Sheldon.

Two of our students, Maisy and Bethany, used the walk as a fundraiser and both raised £300 between them for charity. Well done girls!

Childhood shapes who you become (as we say at the NSPCC) and Sheldon was a big part of that.
