We'd like to wish Harry C in Year 9 the best of luck as he heads to Vilnuis, Lithuania tomorrow for the Ateitus Cup International Youth Football Tournament. Harry is a forward for for BWB 03 and has been selected to represent Bath and West Wiltshire School's FA against teams from across Europe, including Juventus.

The Ateitis CUP is one of the most prestigious youth football tournaments in Europe, attended by more than 7000 young footballers from over 22 countries every year. It is open to clubs, schools and academies giving young people the opportunity to play with international opponents and experience the spirit of multiculturalism and fair play. The tournaments take place at Sportima arena, LFF and FANAI stadiums

This is an incredible opportunity to play high-level football and meet other young people from across Europe. We're very proud of Harry and can't wait to hear all about his experience when he returns!

Having worked in many schools I can say that the environment at Sheldon School is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The standard of education and relationships I built with teachers were exceptional.
