ICT Helpdesk
All Sheldon student are issued an email address and password that will allow them to access our Student Portal, Microsoft Teams and epraise, as well as additional educational sites that may be used for individual subjects. For new Year 7 students, this will happen during their IT lessons during the first month of school.
If you are having difficulty using your student log in, please contact the ICT Helpdesk by emailing support@sheldonschool.co.uk (please include your full name and year group so that we can access your records) or drop into the ICT office during break, lunch or after school.
